We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In the same condition you received them
- All original tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return

If your request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following are final sale and not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Bodysuits
- Swimwear
- Lingerie and undergarments
- Beauty products
- Accessories
- Party wear
We also do not accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Perishable items (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
- Hazardous materials or flammable items

Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return it first. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
