Shipping Policy – Authentic Fashion House

Shipping Address Accuracy

To help ensure smooth and timely delivery, please double-check that your shipping address is entered accurately and includes all necessary details. Be sure to use the correct abbreviations, street numbers, apartment or suite numbers, and any relevant route or building information. Authentic Fashion House is not responsible for lost or misrouted packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

PO Boxes & Special Destinations

We ship to PO Boxes through USPS; however, expedited shipping options are not available for these addresses. Deliveries to APO addresses or U.S. Territories may take longer than usual. We may use alternative carriers when needed and reserve the right to change carriers at our discretion.

International Shipments

For orders shipped internationally, the buyer (consignee) agrees that Authentic Fashion House will act as the importer on their behalf. This includes authorizing us to work with third-party agents (e.g., customs brokers) to complete the import process. Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer and are in addition to the purchase price of the products.

Order Processing Time

Processing time is separate from transit time and applies to all orders. Standard domestic and international orders may take up to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to be processed before shipping.

After payment is confirmed:

  • Standard orders: Up to 4 business days
  • Expedited orders: Up to 3 business days
  • Rush orders: Up to 1 business day
These are estimated processing times and do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Orders shipping within the U.S. may take between 1 to 12 business days from the date they are shipped, depending on the shipping method selected and the final destination.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Your final shipping cost will be shown at checkout.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment from Authentic Fashion House, you are responsible for both the original shipping cost and the cost to return the package. These fees will be deducted from any eligible refund or store credit.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is lost or missing, please contact us within 30 days of the marked delivery date to be considered for a reshipment or store credit. We will evaluate these situations individually. Authentic Fashion House does not automatically assume responsibility for shipments that show as “Delivered” by the carrier.

Delivery Claims

We will work with shipping carriers to help resolve delivery claims. Please be aware that claim resolution may take up to 30 days, depending on the carrier's policies.

We do not provide refunds or credits for packages marked as delivered by the carrier unless the issue is confirmed through an investigation.

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item in your order becomes unavailable, we will fulfill the rest of your order and issue a refund for the out-of-stock item to your original payment method.

Shipping Rights & Order Verification

To protect our customers, Authentic Fashion House reserves the right to request that billing and shipping addresses match, especially when we are unable to verify address details during order processing.

We also reserve the right to cancel, delay, or restrict orders at our discretion for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Atypical or high-volume return activity, including suspected "wardrobing"
  • Returns involving worn, altered, or damaged items
  • Suspected fraudulent or unlawful activity

We may also limit or decline return requests both online and in-store for individuals exhibiting the above behaviors.
